What International Club prepares:
- To unify the judgement's point of view of
sarplaninec that they would respond all countries standards.
Explanation : It is quite clear, that between the judges in one country,
not speaking about in other countries are big differences in the point of
view how typical sarplaninec looks like. Therefore, at first, ISK will collect
information about the most often judges mistakes by considering in all countries
where ISC members are. Then, they would determine the other steps how the
situation would be solved.
- ISC will develop for the need of International
Exhibitions organisers the list of judges, that judge sarplaninec well according
the standard. This list will be made on the base of recommendation of all
members ISC - club member. ISC will send the list of judges for their country
and will guarantee of them.
Explanation :
The organisers do not usually know the work of judge,
they want to invite from foreign country. That why in the case of sarplaninec,
the list of judges guaranteed by countrie´s sarplaninec club could be of help.
The best judges will work in the International and European sarplaninec Exhibitions
and they will guarantee that they work responsibly with FCI sarplaninec standard.
It is understandable, that the exhibitions organisers are not obliged to follow
the list, but it could help them. The list will also help the club members
ISC, that would like to invite the international judge for their special or
club exhibition.
- ISC starts to create the best sarplaninec
race representative's data-bank.
Explanation :The
most important club task is to make possible the contact between sarplaninec
breeders through the whole world. Information, in picture or fact, about the
best individuals in the country in question :
- will show the level of sarplaninec breed
- will enable whoever breeder easy choice of dogs partner without considering
the country borders
- will show those who are interested in this breed, who sarplaninec is
now.
The last 5th meeting of International Sarplaninac Club
One day before the special exhibition, it means 18th March 2005, the deputies of five countries (Hungary, Bosna and Hercegovina,
Belgium, the Czech Republic and France) met on already fifth international club (ISC) meeting in Csongrád in Hungary. We would like to thank mostly Mr. Sándor Barna,
Hungarian deputy. Mr. Novak Radulovic, ISC chairman, apologized, but he sent his topics for negotiation. Slovakian delegate, Mr. Branislav Budke, did not participate
in the meeting, but he cam second day to see European special exhibition and he got acquainted with the meeting conclusions.
CURRENT SITUATION
It is positive, that the European special exhibition is organised every year. Negative, that not all the basic ideas about club progress possibilities succeed.
EUROPEAN SPECIAL EXHIBITION TITLES
Sándor Barny from Hungarian side suggested to award six titles, instead of two current titles – the best dog and the best female dog. They are Young champion
of European special exhibition for dog and female dog separately (age 9 – 18 month, it is category young), Champion of European special exhibition for dog and female dog separately (inter-category,
open and for champions), and the among young champion and champion, and young female dog champion and champion female dog to pick up the best dog and the best female dog. On the top of it,
they would be granted the title BOB. We objected, that it would be devaluation of the titles, and that we are obliged to follow FCI rules how to grant titles during special occasions.
CLUB AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT
The clubs should pay 100 EUR as membership fee following the decision of last ISC meeting. M. Jovanovičová and N. Radulovič will finalize the bank account inside EU,
where it could be managed by e-mail.
NEW CONTACTS
It was decided, who from the present would contact sarplaninec breeders in the countries, where ISC has no connections. In CR, MVDr. Š. Kotoučová was asked to contact the Greeks.
ISC CHAMPION TITLE
Following the Clubs delegates decision, the ISC will grant the honorary title ISC champion to dog or female dog, that will gain the title club champion (national) and international
special exhibition champion or two times international special exhibition champion.
OTHER EUROPEAN SPECIAL EXHIBITION
In 2006 it will be held in Serbia, in May. In 2007, it will be organised either by France or the Czech Republic. Suggested referee for 2005: Predrag Gvozdenovič, Andráš Polgar, Novak Radulovič,
Mária Jovanovič, Nacko Savoviski. For organisers, the suggestion is obligatory according the ISC regulations, they must pick up from the suggested.
