What International Club prepares:

The last 5th meeting of International Sarplaninac Club

One day before the special exhibition, it means 18th March 2005, the deputies of five countries (Hungary, Bosna and Hercegovina, Belgium, the Czech Republic and France) met on already fifth international club (ISC) meeting in Csongrád in Hungary. We would like to thank mostly Mr. Sándor Barna, Hungarian deputy. Mr. Novak Radulovic, ISC chairman, apologized, but he sent his topics for negotiation. Slovakian delegate, Mr. Branislav Budke, did not participate in the meeting, but he cam second day to see European special exhibition and he got acquainted with the meeting conclusions.
CURRENT SITUATION
It is positive, that the European special exhibition is organised every year. Negative, that not all the basic ideas about club progress possibilities succeed.
EUROPEAN SPECIAL EXHIBITION TITLES
Sándor Barny from Hungarian side suggested to award six titles, instead of two current titles – the best dog and the best female dog. They are Young champion of European special exhibition for dog and female dog separately (age 9 – 18 month, it is category young), Champion of European special exhibition for dog and female dog separately (inter-category, open and for champions), and the among young champion and champion, and young female dog champion and champion female dog to pick up the best dog and the best female dog. On the top of it, they would be granted the title BOB. We objected, that it would be devaluation of the titles, and that we are obliged to follow FCI rules how to grant titles during special occasions.
CLUB AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT
The clubs should pay 100 EUR as membership fee following the decision of last ISC meeting. M. Jovanovičová and N. Radulovič will finalize the bank account inside EU, where it could be managed by e-mail.
NEW CONTACTS
It was decided, who from the present would contact sarplaninec breeders in the countries, where ISC has no connections. In CR, MVDr. Š. Kotoučová was asked to contact the Greeks.
ISC CHAMPION TITLE
Following the Clubs delegates decision, the ISC will grant the honorary title ISC champion to dog or female dog, that will gain the title club champion (national) and international special exhibition champion or two times international special exhibition champion.
OTHER EUROPEAN SPECIAL EXHIBITION
In 2006 it will be held in Serbia, in May. In 2007, it will be organised either by France or the Czech Republic. Suggested referee for 2005: Predrag Gvozdenovič, Andráš Polgar, Novak Radulovič, Mária Jovanovič, Nacko Savoviski. For organisers, the suggestion is obligatory according the ISC regulations, they must pick up from the suggested.
